💸 Refund & Cancellation Policy

One-time payment. Your listing goes live after payment is confirmed. Payments are final once the listing is live.
1. Digital Product
A claim gives you a listing on the leaderboard that goes live right after payment is confirmed.
2. Final Sales
Because the listing is delivered immediately, payments are final and not refundable once the listing is live. Being moved down by another user's claim does not entitle you to a refund.
3. When We Will Refund
We will issue a refund only if:
- (a) you were charged twice for the same claim,
- (b) you were charged but your listing was not published, or
- (c) a refund is required by law.
4. How to Request
Email admin@hackersway.io within 7 days of payment with your account email and payment reference. We reply within 24 hours, and eligible refunds go back to the original payment method.
5. Cancellation
You can ask us to remove your listing at any time; this does not create a refund.
