By using THRONE.WEBSITE ("the Site", operated by Hackersway Pvt Ltd, "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms.
1. Service
The Site is a public leaderboard where users pay a one-time price to claim a rank for a startup or web project.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing.
3. How claiming works
Each rank has a displayed price. To claim a rank you pay the price shown. When your payment is confirmed, your listing is published at that rank. The listing that previously held that rank, and all listings below it, move down by one position. Your listing may later move down when another user claims a rank at or above your position. Listings that were once #1 may appear on the Hall of Fame page with a link to the project. The price to claim an occupied rank is $1.00 more than the current price of the listing occupying that rank (Current Price + $1.00), or $1.00 if the rank is unoccupied.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by our payment partner. We do not store full card details. Prices are shown in USD and may include applicable taxes at checkout.
5. No guarantees
A rank is a listing position only. We do not promise traffic, clicks, sales, search engine ranking, or any other result.
6. Listing content
You must own or have the right to promote the project you list. Listings must not include: adult content; gambling or betting; crypto, NFT, trading or investment schemes; loans or financial services; illegal goods or services; counterfeit or pirated content; weapons; drugs, supplements or medical claims; multi-level marketing or get-rich-quick schemes; phishing, malware or deceptive sites; hateful content.
7. Removal
We may remove or reject any listing that breaks these Terms or the law. Removed listings are not refunded.
8. License
You give us permission to display your listing details (name, link, logo, tagline) on the Site.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The Site is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the listing concerned.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the update.
