Leaderboard Guidelines & Rules

Every startup listing on the leaderboard has a current price. To claim an occupied position, you pay at least $1.00 more than the current price of that position:

When a rank is claimed, the listing that previously held that rank and every listing below it move down by exactly one position (Rank N becomes N+1, N+1 becomes N+2, and so on). This is executed in a single atomic transaction.

Rank placement determines where your software product is displayed on the leaderboard:

• 👑 Rank #1 (#1 holder): This is the top placement, featured prominently at the head of the leaderboard.
• ⚡ Ranks (#2–#10+): Startups holding ranks #2 and below are listed in order of their position. When another user claims a rank at or above your position, your listing moves down one rank.

Founders pay the exact displayed price directly:

• Direct Checkout: Pay directly via our payment partner checkout with card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or UPI.
• Instant Digital Fulfillment: Listings activate on the live leaderboard immediately upon payment confirmation.
• Payment Terms: One-time payment. Your listing goes live after payment is confirmed. Payments are final once the listing is live.

Directory visitors and community members can interact with listings:

• Free Upvote: Visitors can browse and upvote listings they find compelling (1 vote per user). Upvotes are 100% free with no payment required.
• 🌟 Free Community Spotlight: Startups that receive community upvotes are featured in the Spotlight tab. Zero budget or bidding required — projects with the most upvotes automatically rank at the top of the Spotlight. Startups with zero upvotes are not shown in Spotlight.

THRONE.WEBSITE maintains high standards for web projects. All submitted projects must comply with our guidelines:

• Valid Working Product URL: Every submission must link to a live, operational startup website or landing page.
• Strictly Prohibited: Adult content; gambling or betting; crypto, NFT, trading or investment schemes; loans or financial services; illegal goods or services; counterfeit or pirated content; weapons; drugs, supplements or medical claims; multi-level marketing or get-rich-quick schemes; phishing, malware or deceptive sites; hateful content.
• Moderation Action: Violating project listings will be removed immediately without refund entitlement.

We ensure secure payment processing and clear record-keeping:

• Secure Payment Partner: Payments are processed securely by our payment partner. We do not store full card details.
• Public List of Recent Placements: Placements are recorded in our public list of recent placements for transparency.
